Do I have to book an appointment?

Yes. Appointments are necessary for all services.

What do I bring to my first physiotherapy session?

X-rays, scans or orthotics that you may have. If you have a doctor’s referral, please bring that with you.  Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out any necessary paper work.

Do I need a doctor’s referral before seeing a physiotherapist?

No

What do I need to do / bring to my first Pilates Assessment?

Initial Pilates assessments will involve a real time ultrasound (RTUS) assessment so please drink 2-3 cups of water 30mins prior to attending the session. This will facilitate a clearer picture with the RTUS. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out any necessary paper work.

What am I expected to bring to Pilates classes?

For hygiene reasons please wear clean socks, and bring a towel.

How many people are there in the classes?

Pilates Studio sessions: max 3
Pilates Mat: max 10
Meditation: max 6

What if I’m covered under Workers Compensation or CTP?

Please bring your referral from your doctor, your claim number, Case manager’s details, and any medical certificates.

What if I cannot make an appointment?

If you let us know more than 24hrs in advance of the scheduled appointment time no fee will be charged.
If the cancellation is less than 24hrs in advance a fee will be charged.

How do I get there?

We are less than a 1 minute walk from Artarmon train station.
If coming by car, street parking can be found on Broughton Road, Hampden Road and Hampden Lane.
